I hope you are not unhappy with an item or it is not damaged upon arrival. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, orders may be returned up to 3 days after the date that the item was received (shipping is at your expense).  If you would like to return the item, it must be in the same condition I sent it to you.

I will replace an item if it is damaged, but please keep in mind it may take up to 5 weeks for you to receive the new item.
